Collection day
Your Offtrax is nearly ready. Here’s what to expect.
Before you arrive
What we’re doing
- Quality control inspection
- Final road test
- Cleaned and prepared
- All agreed work completed
- Final payment cleared
If anything comes up that might delay your collection, we’ll ring you as soon as we know.
Needs you
Final payment
£17,950 to clear before we can release the van. We’d recommend paying a few days early so handover isn’t held up on the morning.
On the day
How long it takes
- Allow
- 2–3 hours

We don’t recommend weekends — there isn’t enough time to do the handover properly.

After you leave
Every van is handmade, so it’s normal to spot small adjustments after your first few trips. Tell us and we’ll sort them. If you’ve travelled a long way, plan a return visit within three to six months.
Your first night
If you’ve come a distance, stay locally for the first night. You’ll get to know the van while you’re still close to us.
One practical note: if a finished van stays with us more than seven days past the agreed collection date, storage charges may apply. We’ll always talk to you first.
