Sign off your specification
This is exactly what we’ll build. Read it through, and tell us if anything isn’t what you expected — it is much easier to change now than once the furniture is cut.
Final specification approval
Four things to confirm
- Final quotation approved
- Final specification confirmed
- All colours, finishes and optional extras selected
- Any equipment you're supplying agreed
Before you sign
What this means
- Once approved, we ask for the 50% conversion deposit — typically 6–8 weeks before your build starts, and no later than 4 weeks before.
- Materials are ordered against this specification once that deposit clears.
- Changes after that may cost more, move your collection date, or not be possible depending on how far the build has got.
- We record the date and time you approved it, and email you a copy.
- None of this affects your statutory rights or the three-year workmanship warranty.
